PROCEDIMIENTO DE OBTENCION DE 2-ISOPROPILAMINO-PIRIMIDINA. CONSISTE EN HACER REACCIONAR SULFATO DE BIS-(ISOPROPILGUANIDINA) CON 1,1,3,3-TETRAETOXI-PROPANO EN PROPORCIONES ESTEQUILOMETRICAS A UNA TEMPERATURA DE 40 A 60 GC EN SOLUCION ACUOSA ACIDA. EL 1,1,3,3-TETRAETOXI-PROPANO SE PUEDE OBTENER POR REACCION DE UNA CANTIDAD EN EXCESO DE ORTOFORMIATO DE TRIETILO CON ACETATO DE VINILO A 70-90 GC EN PRESENCIA DE CLORURO FERRICO Y ANHIDRIDO ACETICO. EL SULFATO DE BIS-(ISOPROPILGUANIDINA) PUEDE OBTENERSE POR REACCION DE UNA CANTIDAD EN EXCESO SOBRE LA ESTEQUIOMETRICA DE ISOPROPILAMINA CON SULFATO DE BIS-(S-METIL ISOTIOUREA) A REFLUJO. O
