Abstract

The invention relates to 5-imino-4- hydroxymethyl-3-isoxazolidones having antitumour activity. Such compounds are prepared by reacting substituted 5-amino-3- isoxazolidones in ethanolic solution with a concentrated aqueous solution of formaldehyde.
