PRIMERAMENTE SE ELABORA UN POLVO FINO Y FIBROSO DE ACERO, DE DENSIDAD APARENTE ENTRE 0,2 Y 1,5 GR/CM.CUADRADOS, MEDIANTE LA ACCION DE UN UTIL ABRASIVO SOBRE UN PRODUCTO METALICO DE COMPOSICION ADECUADA. LA ELIMINACION DEL MATERIAL METALICO EN FORMA DE PARTICULAS SE REALIZA DE MANERA QUE ESTAS ALCANCEN UNA TEMPERATURA PROXIMA A 900GC, INSTANTE EN EL QUE BAJO LA ACCION DE UN FLUIDO ANTICORROSIVO SUFREN UN TRATAMIENTO TERMICO DE TIPO TEMPLE. EL MATERIAL DE LAS PARTICULAS RESULTA CON UNA ESTRUCTURA CONSTITUIDA POR UN REPARTO FINO DE CARBUROS ESFEROIDALES DE HIERRO Y CROMO, EN UNA MATRIZ MIXTA DE MARTENITA DE ALTA RESISTENCIA Y DE AUSTENITA DEFORMABLE. EL POLVO OBTENIDO SE MEZCLA CON ADITIVOS DE FRITADO O CON AGLUTINANTES ORGANICOS POLIMERIZABLES Y POSTERIORMENTE SE COMPRIME A UNA DENSIDAD SUPERIOR A LA DEL PRODUCTO A GRANEL.
