Abstract
Procedimiento para la obtención de cuerpos trituradores forjados de fundición blanca al cromo, cuya estructura está compuesta de una solución sólida martensítica o austenítica que contiene 5 a 15% en peso de carburos secundarios de cromo y carburos primarios o eutécticos de cromo del tipo M7C3, finamente divididos y distribuidos de una manera homogénea en la matriz, es decir entre 2 y 8% de cromo, caracterizado por que se calienta una barra de fundición blanca que tenga la composición deseada hasta una primera temperatura del orden de 900 a 1.000ºC que permita el cizallado en caliente en estado plástico, porque se corta la citada barra en trozos a esta primera temperatura, porque se lleva a continuación los citados trozos a una segunda temperatura comprendida entre 1.000 y 1.150ºC, porque se elige con el fin de provocar una reaustenización y una puesta en solución completa de los carburos en el campo austenítico, porque se forjan los citados trozos a la citada segunda temperatura y porque se refrigeran a continuación los citados trozos en condiciones propias para provocar la aparición de perlita en los límites de grano y, preferiblemente, en la totalidad del metal.
