Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de una aleación sinterizada de hierro-molibdeno-niquel, con adición de fósforo, de alta resistencia y con la siguiente composición: 2 a 4,5% en peso de Mo; 2,5% en peso <3,5% en peso; 0,3% en peso<P<0,6% en peso; resto hierro; caracterizado porque comprende las etapas de: (a) mezclar cantidades correspondientes de polvo de molibdeno y polvo de niquel puros, en presencia de medios favorecedores del prensado, con polvo de hierro que contiene ya la cantidad necesaria de fósforo; (b) prensar los polvos resultantes en un molde a una presión de 600 a 700 MN/m2;
