Abstract

Un procedimiento para la fabricación de un producto antibiótico de ácido 6Beta-acilamino-penicilánico en el que se hace reaccionar ácido 6Beta-amino-penicilánico (6-APA)en un disolvente inerte con un agente de sililación para formar un compuesto sililado de fórmula (I) **(Fórmula)** en la que R1 representa un átomo de hidrógeno o un grupo tri(alcohílo de C1-6)-sililo y R2 representa un grupo tri(alcohilo de c1-6) sililo y el compuesto de fórmula (I) se pone después de ello en contacto con un cloruro de acilo o cloruro de acilo protegido correspondiente al grupo 6- acilamino deseado, se escinden los grupos sililo y se recupera el producto antibiótico deseado, efectuándose la sililación mediante el empleo de una tri(alcohilo de C1-6)silil-urea o tri(alcohilo de C1-6)-halosilano, y haciéndose reaccionar el compuesto de fórmula (I) producido, sin aislamiento intermedio, con el cloruro de acilo o cloruro de acilo protegido, en el que la acilación se efectúa en presencia de una mezcla aceptora dehaluro de hidrógeno que comprende más de 0,15 moles de urea por mol de 6-APA, más de 0,15 moles de bis-tri(alcohilo de C1-6)silil-urea por mol de 6-APA, y más de 0,25 moles de haluro de tri(alcohilo de C1-6)amonio por mol de 6-APA.,
