Abstract

Procedimiento para la colada continua de metal, en el que masa fundida es colada en una lingotera, la barra colada formada, comprendiendo un núcleo líquido, es extraída, guiada y ulteriormente enfriada, y es generada en el núcleo líquido una corriente turbulenta por al menos un agitador inductor de campos electromagnéticos en la barra colada, caracterizado porque la corriente turbulenta es generada por fuerzas de empuje influenciadas por asimetría en las fases de los campos, distintamente actuantes sobre la masa fundida.
