Abstract
Procedimiento para la conservación, por congelación, de productos marinos o acuáticos evitando la deshidratación de los mismos y permitiendo la congelación a fondo de tales productos, que se caracteriza por el hecho de realizarse primeramente una congelación rápida a -40ºC aproximadamente del producto solo, el cual, así congelado, se dispone después en un recipiente que contiene un líquido, sometiéndose luego el conjunto del recipiente, del producto congelado y del líquido, a una congelación.
