Abstract

1. Dispositivo para la preparación de productos alimenticios a base de cereales cocidos a presión y expandidos inmediatamente después, caracterizado porque comprende un molde constituido por una matriz hueca calentada en la que se introducen los cereales, un punzón cooperante con este molde y capas de cerrar y abrir la cavidad de este último por deslizamiento, al menos un gato unido al punzón de manera que pueda arrastrarlo siguiente un movimiento de vaivén dentro y fuera de la cavidad del molde, permitiendo ejercer este molde, por medio del punzón, una presión sobre el molde durante la cocción de los cereales, un medio de tope capas de interrumpir temporalmente el movimiento de vaivén del punzón o respectivamente de un órgano de arrastre del punzón en una posición en la que no ejerce ya presión sobre el molde y en la que la cavidad del molde no está todavía abierta, un dispositivo de introducción de los cereales a cocer y un dispositivo de evacuación del producto obtenido a base de cereales expandidos.
