Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en dispositivos temporizadores para bombas de inyección de combustible de motores de combustión interna, del tipo que tiene núcleos móviles de bombeo para alimentar carreras de bombeo en secuencia y un anillo de leva móvil para accionar los núcleos de bombeo y para variar la temporización de las carreras de bombeo con relación al funcionamiento del motor correspondiente, medios que forman una cámara de presión, un pistón de control de temporización deslizante en la cámara de presión conectado con la leva para moverla en una dirección de avance de la carrera de bombeo al aumentar el fluido en la cámara de presión, un conducto que se comunica con la cámara de presión, un orificio en el pistón de control de temporización, una servoválvula montada deslizantemente en el orificio o ánima y que tiene un muelle de empuje para controlar la entrada del fluido en el conducto y el amortiguamiento de la salida del fluido en el mismo, una fuente de fluido a presión correlacionada con la velocidad del motor que actúa sobre la servoválvula contra el empuje del muelle para aumentar la cantidad de fluido en la cámara de presión, un asiento de muelle móvil para el muelle de empuje, y un eje de mariposa rotatorio para controlar mecánicamente la cantidad de combustible alimentada por una sola carrera de bombeo, caracterizados porque se dispone una palanca pivotada en la caja de la bomba que tiene un extremo acoplado al asiento del muelle y su otro extremo acoplado a una leva fijada al eje de la mariposa, de modo que la rotación del eje de la mariposa para aumentar la cantidad de combustible descargada por una carrera de bombeo, desplace mecánicamente el asiento del muelle para aumentar la fuerza de empuje del muelle durante una parte por lo menos de la gama de cargas del motor para retardar de este modo la temporización de la carrera de bombeo.
