Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación de morteros y hormigones a base de aglutinantes hidráulicos, aptos para fraguar y endurecer más rápidamente, especialmente en tiempo frío, del tipo que consiste en mezclar, el aglutinante hidráulico, los agregados y el agua, caracterizado porque en su realización comprende: incorporar a la mezcla r formadora de los morteros y hormigones, una composición esencialmente constituida por: (a) un agente dispersante-reductor del contenido en agua hidrosoluble. (b) un agente básico mineral, escogido entre el grupo que está formado por los hidróxidos de metales al alcalinos, distintos de litio, hidróxidos de metales alcalino-térreos y mezclas de unos de estos hidróxidos con hidróxidos de litio y © una sal, soluble en agua, derivada de un oxácido mineral o un ácido carboxílico de origen alifático o aromático sustituido eventualmente por grupos hidrocarbonados o por grupos funcionales distintos de los átomos /de halógenos, presentado una constantes de ionización Pa en agua 25ºC inferior a 2,5 Y proceder al amasado, el cual se lleva a cabo con una cantidad reducida de agua, inferior a la cantidad que se destina para la confección de un mortero u hormigón testigo y que es por lo menos igual a la cantidad justamente necesaria estequiométricamente para la hidratación del aglutinante hidráulico.
