Abstract
1. Procedimiento para la conversión continua de concentrados de sulfuros de metales no férreos en una fase líquida, rica en metales no férreos, y una fase de escorias, en un reactor colocado horizontalmente alargado, bajo una atmósfera de gas que contiene S02 por zonas, cargándose sobre la masa fundida concentrados sulfídicos de cobre, níquel, antimonio, cobalto y plomo, o sus mezclas, y aditivos, insuflándose en la masa fundida gases oxidantes y reductores, siendo extraída la fase rica en metal no férreo y una fase de escorias pobre en metal no férreo por extremos opuestos del reactor, y circulando las fases en contracorriente una con respecto a la otra hacia los extremos de salida en corrientes estratificadas esencialmente continuas.
