Abstract

Procedimiento para obtener un producto plomífero de residuos minerales de cinc ferrífero esencialmente procedentes de una lixiviación primaria de minerales de cinc oxidados, en particular minerales de cinc tostados, cuya lixiviación primaria comprende el ataque de estos minerales con ácido sulfúrico, y la separación del residuo primario y de la solución de sulfato de cinc resultante, cuya solución se somete, previa depuración, a una electrólisis para extraer el cinc, comprendiendo una lixiviación secundaria de este residuo primario mediante ácido sulfúrico, a una temperatura comprendida entre 85 y 100 ºC en varios estadios con contracorriente.
