Abstract

Procedimiento para mejorar la estabilización de polisacárido meningocócico mediante adición de lactosa, que se caracteriza porque a su solución acuosa, en lugar de la lactosa total o de una parte de la lactosa por aproximadamente 100 myg de polisacárido se añaden por lo menos 0,3 mg de otro compuesto que forma hidratos, que ha de deshidratarse de forma reversible en las condiciones de la liofilización, y la mezcla se seca y, en caso deseado, se trata para formar una vacuna.
