Abstract

Procedimiento para la obtención de 1,3,4,14b-tetrahidro-2H,10H-pirazino[1,2-a]pirrolo[2,1-c][1,4]benzodiazepinas, de fórmula general I **(Fórmula)** donde cada uno de los símbolos R1, R3 y R4 significan hidrógeno o alquilo inferior, R2 significa hidrógeno, alquilo inferior, alquilo superior, alquenilo inferior, alquinilo inferior, cicloalquilo o cicloalquenilo, en cada caso con 3 hasta 7 miembros de anillo o (cicloalquil, hidroxi, amino, mono- o di-alquilo inferior-amino, carboxi, carbalcoxi inferior, carbamoilo, mono- o di-alquilo inferior-carbamoilo, HPh, alcanoilo inferior o HphCO)-alquilo inferior, Ph significa 1,2-fenileno, que puede estar sustituido como máximo por 2 sustituyentes del grupo compuesto de alquilo inferior, alcoxi inferior, alquiltio inferior, halógeno y trifluormetilo, CnH2n significa alquileno inferior, que separa los dos átomos de nitrógeno por 2 ó 3 átomos de carbono.
