Abstract

Procedimiento para la obtención de oligoheteropolisacáridos, aplicables especialmente al tratamiento de la trombosis, constituidos por una fracción heparínica que tiene un peso molecular comprendido entre 2000 y 5000, y que contiene grupos activos sulfúricos que tienen la cantidad y la posición características de la heparina, caracterizado porque comprende las fases de: depolimerizar la heparina para obtener fracciones de oligoheteropolisacáridos y tratar dichas fracciones para reconstituir los grupos sulfúricos activos en las cantidades y posición características de la molécula de heparina.
