Procedimiento de producción de L-carnitina, que consiste en someter la 3-deshidrocarnitina o una de sus sales a la acción simultánea, en medio acuoso, de: a) la carnitina deshidrogenasa, b) un coenzima utilizable por la deshidrocarnitina y c) un agente reductor del coenzima utilizado.
