Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en amortiguadores de vibraciones torsionales, del tipo que tiene un anillo de inercia exterior, una corona circular de material elástomero radialmente intermedia y un cubo radialmente interior con abertura en el centro, cuyo cubo está destinado a sujetarse al extremo de un cigüeñal rotatorio sujeto a vibraciones torsionales, fabricándose el cubo de plástico para reducir de este modo su momento polar de inercia y reducir por lo tanto la masa parásita de todo el amortiguador, caracterizados porque cada amortiguador presente: una primera protuberancia rígida que se empotra en el cubo y se situa contigua a la superficie periférica exterior del cubo; una segunda protuberancia rígida, que se empotra en el cubo y se sitúa contigua a la superficie de la abertura central del cubo que está adaptado para recibir el extremo de un cigüeñal, siendo la segunda protuberancia rígida de una extensión axial prácticamente igual que la extensión axial de la abertura del cubo receptora del eje, por lo que la primera protuberancia aguanta la deformación del cubo debido a la fuerza dirigida radialmente hacia el interior de la corona circular intermedia de material elástomero, y por lo que la segunda protuberancia aguanta las fuerzas radial y de sujección ocasionadas por la conexión del cubo al eje.
