Abstract

Un método para producir un conjunto de lente intra-ocular de un elemento de lente intra-ocular terminado ópticamente y un elemento adaptador de montaje para el mismo; método que comprende preparar en escala muy aumentada un dibujo de una pieza unitaria plana para el elemento adaptador de montaje siendo dicho dibujo de una configuración que define un cuerpo a manera de anillo con unas proyecciones retenedoras de lente extendidas radialmente hacia adentro en lugares angularmente espaciados y con unas patas extendidas radialmente hacia fuera en lugares angularmente espaciados, reducir fotográficamente dicho dibujo hasta una negativa de la última escala pretendida para el elemento adaptador, seleccionar una hoja delgada de una material grabable que tolere el cuerpo y revestir una superficie de la misma con un material fotosensible, exponer por contacto el negativo al revestimiento fotosensible y revelar el mismo a una imagen positiva sobre dicha hoja, someter el lado revelado de dicha hoja a una solución grabadora química, mediante lo cual la pieza terminada con cuerpo en forma de anillo resulta consistente respecto a la configuración de la imagen positiva, doblar algunas de las patas entendidas radialmente hacia fuera hasta una relación axilmente descentrada respecto a las otras de las patas extendidas radialmente hacia fuera, seleccionar un elemento de lente intra-ocular terminado ópticamente y ensamblar el elemento de lente seleccionado en una relación retenida respecto a dichas proyecciones extendidas radialmente hacia adentro.
