Abstract

Procedimiento para el encolado de hilos de fibras cortas, por aplicación de un baño de encolado acuoso, que contiene una sal de un copolimerizado a base de ácido acrílico y acrilonitrilo, y secando los hilos tratados, caracterizados porque la flota de encolado acuosa se prepara por copolimerización de (A) 90 hasta 30% en peso de ácido acrílico y/o ácido metacrílico, (B) 10 hasta 70% en peso de acrilonitrilo y/o metacrilonitrilo, y, en caso dado (C) hasta un 30% en peso de acrilamida y/o metacrilamida, pudiéndose haber neutralizado los monómeros del grupo (a) en caso dado, con iones alcalinos, alcalinotérreos y/o amónicos y realizándose la neutralización de los copolímeros con alcalis térreos o con mezclas de lejías alcalinas y alcalino térreas.
