Abstract
Un procedimiento para la preparación de composición biológicamente activas, en particular de composiciones farmacéuticamente activas, de una liberación regulada de ingredientes activos, que comprende recubrir la sustancia biológicamente activa, en particular la sustancia farmacéuticamente activa o los gránulos que contienen tal ingrediente activo, con un recubrimiento que contiene un polímero formador de barniz, que es sustancialmente insoluble en agua y, en el caso de sustancias farmacéuticamente activas, substancialmente insoluble en los jugos gastrointestinales, y una capa acuosa dispersada en el polímero y que consiste en partículas de un diámetro de hasta 20 micras, preferiblemente de 1 a 5 micras, y en el que la capa acuosa asciende a de 2 a 30%, preferiblemente de 3 a 8%, del volumen total, y las partículas de la capa acuosa contienen uno o varios aditivos seleccionados de un emoliente afín al polímero, un agente humectante, un tampón y una sustancia higroscópica, y que contienen opcionalmente una parte del ingrediente activo también y, opcionalmente, aplicar una capa que contiene un ingrediente activo adicional sobre el recubrimiento, mediante un método en si conocido.
