SE COPOLIMERIZAN UN MONOMERO HIDROFILO TAL COMO METACRILATO DE HIDROXIPROPILO Y UN MONOMERO LIPOFILO TAL COMO METACRILATIO DE LAURILO EN PRESENCIA DE UNA FRAGANCIA Y OTRO INGREDIENTE ACTIVO VOLATIL DANDO UN POLIMERO SINTETICO CONSTITUIDO POR 1-75 POR 100 EN PESO DE UN ESTER CARBOXILICO ALFA, BETA-INSATURADO QUE CONTIENE UNO O MAS GRUPOS LIPOFILOS, DONDE CADA GRUPO LIPOFILO CONTIENE DE 5 A 22 ATOMOS DE CARBONO, DE 25 A 99 POR 100 EN PESO DE ESTER CARBOXILICO ALFA, BETA/INSATURADO, QUE CONTIENE UNO O MAS GRUPOS, HIDROFILOS Y DE 0 A 50 POR 100 EN PESO DE UNO O MAS MONOMEROS POLIFUNCIONALES. EL POLIMERO RESULTANTE CONTIENE EL INGREDIENTE ACTIVO ATRAPADO QUE NO TIENDE A EXUDAR DEL POLIMERO DURANTE EL AMACENAMIENTO, PERO ES LIBERADO EN FORMA DE VAPOR CUANDO EL POLIMERO SE EXPONE A LA ATMOSFERA.
