Claims (9)

  1. (a)수-불용성 물질로 이루어진 미세한 미립자 핵; (b)작용시간이 긴 형태로 제조하기가 어려운 약재 및 비-팽윤성 엔테로-가용성 염기를 함유하는 약제 층; 및 (c) 약제-방출 조절 물질 및 엔테로-기용성 염기를 함유하는 약제-방출 조절 막을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 작용시간이 긴 입상 약제학적 조성물(여기서, 핵은 약제 층 및 약제-방출 조절 막으로 순서대로 피복된다)
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 미세한 미립자 핵이 미세결정성 셀룰로오즈로 이루어진 핵이고, 약제층의 구성성분인 비-팽윤성 엔테로-가용성 염기가 카복시메틸에틸셀룰로오즈이며, 약제-방출 조절 물질이 에틸 셀룰로오즈이고, 약제-방출 조절막의 구성성분인 엔테로-가용성 염기가 카복시메틸에틸셀룰로오즈인 작용시간이 긴 입상 약제학적 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 미세한 미립자 핵이 미세결정성 셀룰로오즈로 이루어진 핵이고, 약제 층의 구성성분인 비-팽윤성 엔테로-가용성 염기가 카복시메틸에틸셀룰로오즈이며, 약제-방출 조절 물질이 유드라기트 RS이고, 약제-방출 조절막의 구성성분인 엔테로-가용성 염기가 유드라기트L인 작용 시간이 긴 입상 약제학적 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 약제가 니카디파인 또는 이의염인 작용시간이 긴 입상 약제학적 조성물.
  5. a)제1항에서 청구한 작용시간이 긴 입상 약제학적 조성물, 및 b) 작용시간이 긴 형태로 제조하기가 어려운 약제, 엔테로-가용성 염기 및/또는 가스트로-가용성 염기의 혼합물로 피복한 미세한 미립자 핵, 및 약제-방출 조절물질을 그위에 추가로 제공할 수 있는 핵을 피복하는 계면활성제를 포함하는 세미-롱 작용시간의 입상 약제학적 조성물; 및/또는 작용시간이 긴 형태로 제조하기가 어려운 약제 및 가스트로-가용성 염기를 함유하는 약제 층으로 피복한 미세한 미립자 핵을 포함하는 즉시 약제-방출 입상 약제학적 조성물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 작용시간이 긴 혼합된 입상 약제학적 조성물.
  6. 작용시간이 긴 형태로 제조하기가 어려운 약제를 함유하는 즉시 약제-방출 층으로 피복된 제 1항의 작용시간이 긴 입상 약제학적 조성물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 작용시간이 긴 적층화된 입상 약제학적 조성물.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 약제가 니카디파인 또는 이의 염인 혼합된 입상 조성물.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 약제가 니카디파인 또는 이의 염인 입상 조성물.
