Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación de tetracloruro de silicio y de triclorosilano mediante reacción de de silicio o de sustancias sólidas que contienen silicio con cloruro de hidrógeno a temperatura elevada en una capa fluidificada, que se caracteriza por el hecho de que la reacción se efectúa en presencia de 0,2 a 10 partes de volumen de tetracloruro de silicio gaseoso por cada parte de volumen de cloruro de hidrógeno y con una carga específica de la sección transversal del reactor de 250 y 500ºC de modo correspondiente a la deseada composición del producto de reacción, y a continuación se evacuan del reactor y se separan de forma conocida entre sí los productos gaseosos de reacción.
