Abstract

Nuevos compuestos, que se pueden emplear para la preparación de medicamentos. Se ha descubierto que estos compuestos, ante todo in vivo, poseen una excelente eficacia antibacterial contra gérmenes gram-negativos y contra gérmenes gram-positivos. En comparación con las conocidas cefaloesporinas obtenidas semisintéticamente y penicilina presentan claras diferencias con respecto a la sensibilidad de los distintos gérmenes. En numerosos casos acetoxi. Cuando R1 significa S-Het, entonces tienen preferencia los restos de 1-metil-1,2,3,4-tetrazol-5- mercapto y 1,3,4-tiadiazol-2-mercapto; además R1 puede significar también 1,2,3-triazol-5-mercapto, 2-metil-1,3,4- tiadiazol-5-mercapto o hidrógeno.
