Abstract

Arco rascador de aceite de una sóla pieza para émbolo, destinado a situarse en un surco de un émbolo que se desplaza en una cámara de cilindro de un motor de combustión interna, estando dicho aro rascador de aceite para émbolo constituido por una tira de acero, que presenta una forma anular hendida, y que tiene una configuración de sección transversal generalmente en forma de U, incluyendo dicha tira un par de paredes laterales (36a, 36b) y una porción de pared intermedia (38) que forman un canal que se abre hacia el interior, teniendo dicho aro en su periferia externa una superficie cilíndrica (48ª, 48b) destinada a acoplarse para rascar el aceite con dicha cámara de cilindro, con el objeto de controlar el espesor de la película de aceite formada en la pared del cilindro, estando dicha superficie cilíndrica situada en el vértice de unas primera y segunda porciones de dicha tira que convergen y que están orientadas radialmente hacia el exterior, extendiéndose a partir de dicha porción de pared intermedia y formando un reborde rascador de aceite, teniendo dichas primera y segunda porciones convergentes unas superficies enfrentadas que están en contacto (52a, 52b) por lo menos en una parte de la extensión radial de dichas primera y segunda porciones.
