第１図は従来のオイルリングを備えた内燃機関の部分断
面図、第２図及び第３図は従来のオイルリングの拡大断
面図、第４図及び第５図は本考案の一実施例のオイルリ
ングを備えた内燃機関の部分拡大断面図であり、第４歯
は上昇行程を第５図は下降行程をそれぞれ示す。第６図
はオイルリングに対する作用力を示す図、第７図はクラ
ンク角度と摩擦力の関係を示すグラフ、第８図はクラン
ク角度と慣性力の関係を示すグラフ、第９図は座屈状態
を示す図、第１０図は油逃し穴を示す第４図に相当する
図、第１１図は第４図の油逃し穴の正面図、第１２図は
潤滑油消費量の試験結果を示すグラフ、第１３図は他の
実施例の第４図に相当する図。 １ニジリンダ、２：ピストン、４ニオイルリング、４２
：同上面、４４：同下面、４７：同当り面、４８：同傾
斜面、２０：油逃し穴。

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ピストンのクランク室側へ組付けられる潤滑油制
    御用オイルリングにおいて、前記オイルリングの外周面
    にシリンダとの当り面を１ケ所のみ形成し、前記オイル
    リングの軸方向高さＢ、外径Ｄ、半径方向厚さＴ、当り
    幅ｔが、０．０１≦Ｂ／Ｄ≦０．０２５ Ｔ／Ｂ≦４ ０．１≦ｔ　／Ｂ≦０．５ を満足するように設定し、前記当り面の面圧を２〜６ｋ
    ｇ／ＣＩｔにしたことを特徴とするオイルリング。
  2. （２）オイルリング外周面の当り面をオイルリングの上
    下面に鋭角的に形成した傾斜面により形成したことを特
    徴としてなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のオイ
    ルリング。
  3. （３）オイルリングを組付けるオイルリング溝の下面か
    らピストン内側に貫通する油逃し穴を設けたことを特徴
    としてなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のオイル
    リング。
