Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en obturadores de eje semiunificados separables, de dos piezas, caracterizados porque cada obturador comprende: un elemento de manguito de desgaste que incluye por lo menos una pestaña cilíndrica y por lo menos una pestaña radial, teniendo una de dichas pestañas cilíndricas una superficie de ajuste a presión para formar un ajuste a presión con el ánima o con el eje, y teniendo una de dichas pestañas cilíndricas una superficie de desgaste para el labio de estanquidad citado más adelante; y un elemento de estanquidad ensamblado en una relación semiunificada con respecto a dicho anillo de desgaste que comprende un anillo de refuerzo que tiene una pestaña cilíndrica y una pestaña radial, un elemento de estanquidad conectado a dicha pestaña radial del anillo de refuerzo y que tiene un labio de estanquidad anular en contacto de estanquidad con la superficie de desgaste, una capa de elastómero adherida a una superficie de diámetro interior o una superficie de diámetro exterior de la pestaña cilíndrica del anillo de refuerzo, para formar un ajuste apretado sobre el ánima o el eje, y un elemento amortiguador elastómero adherido al anillo de refuerzo y dirigido axialmente en contacto con una cara radial de una de dichas pestañas radiales del elemento de manguito de desgaste, por lo que el elemento de manguito de desgaste y el elemento de estanquidad se pueden ensamblar unidos para el transporte, envío e instalación como un obturador unificado, y donde el desarmarse el ánima o el eje entre los cuales se sitúa el obturador el elemento de manguito de desgaste y el elemento de estanquidad quedan también desarmados, quedando uno de dichos elementos con el ánima o el eje y el otro de los elementos con el ánima o el eje según estén situados. 1
