Abstract

Una articulación de giro de eje y casquillo de tipo de cartucho que comprende, en combinación: a) un eje cilíndrico; b) un cilindro metálico hueco grande dispuesto concéntricamente sobre dicho eje entre las extremidades del mismo; c) una pluralidad de casquillos cilíndricos autolubricados en seco, espaciados entre dicho eje y dicho cilindro al menos adyacentes a las extremidades de dicho cilindro, estando dichos casquillos precargados a compresión radialmente lo suficiente como para reducir la deformación por compresión bajo carga de funcionamiento de la articulación pero sin dejar de permitir al menos movimiento de rotación relativo limitado de dicho eje con respecto a dicho cilindro bajo dicha carga de funcionamiento; d) cojinetes de empuje anulares autolubricados en seco, montados en esencia concéntricamente sobre dicho eje, adyacentes a las extremidades de dicho cilindro; e) retenes anulares de control del empuje ajustados a presión de modo inmóvil sobre dicho eje axialmente exterioresa dichos cojinetes de empuje y apoyados a tope con ellos de modo que precarguen a compresión a dichos cojinetes de empuje contra al menos una parte radialmente interior de los extremos de dicho cilindro, teniendo dichos retenes ranuras anulares para recibir juntas de obturación radialmente hacia fuera de la extremidad radial exterior de dichos cojinetes de empuje, estando dispuesto el extremo abierto de cada una de dichas ranuras hacia los extremos de dicho cilindro; y f) medios de obturación elásticos dispuestos en dichas ranuras y que se aplican para obturación a partes extremas de dicho cilindro en todo el margen normal del movimiento relativo axial y oscilatorio del mismo bajo dicha carga de funcionamiento.
