EL SISTEMA PERMITE OBTENER TODA LA ENERGIA DE CORRIENTES AEREAS A CUALQUIER ALTURA Y SITUACION, FACILITANDO EL ALMACENAMIENTO DE LOS EXCEDENTES ENERGETICOS BIEN BOMBEANDO AGUA O APLICANDO LA ENERGIA ELECTRICA OBTENIDA A LA SEPARACION POR HIDROLISIS DEL HIDROGENO DEL AGUA, QUE DESPUES SE QUEMA A VOLUNTAD PRODUCIENDO AGUA, Y CALOR QUE ALIMENTA A UNA CENTRAL PRODUCTORA DE ENERGIA ELECTRICA.
