Abstract
Mejoras introducidas en le objeto de la patente principal Nº. 415.063 concedida el 6 de mayo de 1975 por: "Un procedimiento para regenerar catalizador gastado en forma de partículas contaminado con coque", descargado de una zona de conversión de hidrocarburos, y que contiene cantidades catalíticamente efectivas de un activador de conversión de CO, que comprende las operaciones de: (a) introducir dicho catalizador agotado, y un gas de regeneración que contiene oxígeno, en un primer lecho denso de partículas fluidizadas, y regenerar parcialmente en él dicho catalizador por combustión de dicho coque, y producir gas de regeneración parcialmente agotado que contiene CO, (b) pasar directamente el catalizador parcialmente regenerado y el gas de regeneración parcialmente agotado resultantes, desde dicho lecho denso, hacia arriba, en fase diluída, a una tubería ascendente transportadora de fase diluída, y a través de la misma, y efectuar en ella una combustión adicional de coque de dicho catalizadorparcialmente regenerado, y también oxidar en ella al menos una parte de dicho CO a CO2 en dicha tubería ascendente transportadora de fase diluída, (c) separar el catalizador regenerado resultante del gas de regeneración, (d) recuperar dicho catalizador regenerado en forma de un segundo lecho denso de partículas, y (e) retirar catalizador regenerado de dicho segundo lecho denso para devolverlo a dicha zona de conversión.
