Procedimiento para la preparación de un agente aditivo para mortero y hormigón, caracterizado porque primeramente se obtiene una solución acuosa del 10 al 30% de sales o disolventes orgánicos, y a continuación se dispersan finalmente en está solución los materiales solubles en agua, hinchables y polímeros, derivados de la celulosa, que debido al contenido de las sales disueltas impiden la solubilidad e hinchazón de las materias polímeras y reducen la viscosidad por debajo de 200 cPs
