Abstract

Refrigerador de parrilla para la refrigeración del producto descargado de un horno tubular giratorio, por medio de aire de refrigeración que pasa a través de la parrilla, estando dispuesto el refrigerador de parrilla transversalmente con respecto al horno tubular giratorio, caracterizado por los puntos siguientes: a) el extremo de alimentación de producto del refrigerador, configurado a modo de refrigerador de parrilla de empuje (2), se ha dispuesto directamente por debajo del extremo de descarga del horno tubular giratorio (1), de tal forma que el plano central longitudinal vertical (3) del refrigerador (2), presenta desde lado frontal (4) del horno tubular giratorio (1), una distancia de luz (x) comprendida entre 10 y 150 cm, preferentemente entre 15 y 50 cm; b) en la zona (18, 18'') situada por debajo de la porción de descarga del producto del horno tubular giratorio, el refrigerador (2) presenta por cada unidad de superficie un número de placas de rejilla fijas y no aireadas, mayor que en las zonas limítrofes laterales (19, 20 6 bien 19'', 20'') y en la porción restante (21, 21'') del refrigerador.
