Abstract

Dispositivo para el tratamiento de desechos, particularmente para la trituración de productos que contienen celulosa, como madera de vides y de árboles, desechos de madera, paja y similares, el cual está constituido por una carcasa provista de una abertura de entrada y una abertura de salida y por una cuchilla dispuesta en esta carcasa y que puede ser accionada de forma rotativa y coopera con una contracuchilla estacionaria, caracterizado porque la cuchilla está provista de dientes de transporte y dientes de prensado que están configurados en forma curva en el sentido de giro y que sobresalen de un cubo que recibe al árbol de accionamiento, porque la carcasa está adaptada en una zona parcial al diámetro exterior de los dientes de transporte a continuación de la abertura de entrada para el material a triturar y envuelve apretadamente a dichos dientes de transporte, porque los dientes de prensado están configurados en su diámetro exterior de manera que quedan rezagados con respecto a los dientes de transporte, y porque le abertura de salida lleva conectados a ella uno o varios conductos de transporte para recibir el material prensado, los cuales están dispuestos de preferencia uno al lado de otro con sus ejes paralelos y presentan cada uno una zona de calmado y/o una zona de refrigeración.
