Abstract

1. Waste processing device, particularly for crushing products containing cellulose as for example wood from vine or trees, waste from wood, straw and the like, consisting of a housing (11) having an inlet opening (12) and an outlet opening (13) and further having a rotating knife (21, 21', ...) located in the housing and cooperating with a stationary counter-knife (31), characterized in that the knife (21, 21', ...) is provided with supply tines (23) and pressing tines (24) curved in the direction of rotation and extending away from a hub (22) located on the drive shaft (15), that the housing (11) besides the inlet opening (12) for the waste to be crushed in a partly area (14) is adapted to the outer diameter (D1 ) of the supply tines (23) and surrounds same tightly, that the pressing tines (24) are running on an outer diameter (D2 ) being smaller than that one of the supply tines (23) and that to the outlet opening (13) one or more supply channels (41) are connected preferably being parallel to each other and in order to take over pressed material, which channels have a stabilization area (42) and/or a cooling area (43).
