Abstract
1. Dispositivo de pinza destinado a montarse en un mármol o banco de control de las deformaciones eventuales de la carrocería de un vehículo, con el fin de mantener la carrocería inmovilizada durante las operaciones de control y enderezamiento de esta última, llevando una pinza (1) de apriete fijada a un órgano vertical (2) regulable en altura y desplazable horizontalmente sobre un brazo de soporte (6), caracterizado porque el órgano vertical es un tornilo (2) que atraviesa unas cuñas (5a, 5b), así como una corredera (6) horizontal que hace de brazo de soporte, estando colocadas las cuñas (5a y 5b) encima y debajo de éste, de tal manera que el tornillo (2) es regulable a la vez en altura y horizontalmente por desplazamiento de este tornillo (2) y de las cuñas (5a; 5b) sobre la corredera (6), además de otros medios previstos para inmovilizar la pinza (1) en la posición elegida en las dos direcciones horizontal y vertical. 2. Dispositivo, según la reivindicación primera, caracterizado porquela corredera horizontal (6) está constituida por dos barrotes (7) distantes entre sí por un intervalo que permita el paso del tornilo (2) y solidarizados por sus extremidades, y las cuñas (5a, 5b) están apretadas contra los barrotes (7) por unas tuercas (11a, 11b), preferentemente dotados de salientes agujereados (12) adaptados para recibir un mandril (14) de maniobra. 3. Dispositivo, según una de las reivindicaciones 1 y 2, caracterizado porque unas escalas milimétricas (26,27) están colocadas a lo largo de la corredera horizontal (6) y en el tornillo (2), con el propósito de permitir un ajuste preciso de la posición de la pinza (1) en las coordenadas vertical y horizontal. 4. Dispositivo, según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizado porque las cuñas (5a, 5b) llevan anillas (10) de bronce coaxiales al tornillo (2), encastradas dentro de los huecos de las cuñas (5a, 5b) y en las cuales se apoyan unos conos (15) de centrado correspondiente de las tuercas (11a, 11b). 5. Dispositivo,según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 4, caracterizado porque la pinza (1) lleva un codo metálico (16) fijado de forma amovible a una zapata terminal (17) del tornillo (2), y una boca móvil (18) de apriete, solidarizada con un ala vertical (19) del codo (16). 6. Dispositivo, según una de las reivindicaciones 2 a 5, caracterizado porque las cuñas (5a,5b) llevan unos collares (29, 31) encajados entre los barrotes (7), que aseguran el centrado de dichas cuñas (5a, 5b) en la corredera (6). 7. Dispositivo de pinza destinado a montarse en un mármol o banco de control de la deformaciones eventuales dela carrocería de un vehículo.
