Abstract

1.Elemento para válvula sanitaria, particularmente cartucho superior para una válvula de cierre única sanitaria consistente en un cabezal atornillable a una abertura normalizada y hermetizable mediante un anillo en O, un huso que engrana en un disco hermético móvil y le impulsa, estando éste a su vez colocado sobre un disco hermético antigiratorio y fijo contra la rotación mediante salientes en su perímetro exterior, estando el disco hermético antigiratorio provisto de aberturas de paso de agua, estando dispuestos ambos discos herméticos superpuestos de manera hermética con las superficies herméticas previstas y siendo regulable el paso de agua mediante el ajuste en la correspondiente posición angular, caracterizado porque. a) un huso (4) está situado en una cámara de grasa (7) y está es cerrada, y además abarca un cojinete frontal (8). b) los discos herméticos (20 y 23) antigiratorios y móviles son mantenidos juntos mediante un anillo hermético (24), en unión de la presión del agua resultante en cada caso, c) un filtro grueso (26) está dispuesto en la zona inferior del cabezal (2) y d) mediante un anillo de apoyo (28) presionado, todas las piezas son mantenidas en su sitio y se impide que el anillo hermético (24) se escape hacia fuera. 2.Elemento según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque la cámara de grasa (7) se configura y cierra mediante anillos en O (5 y 6) y porque el cojinete frontal (8) está permanentemente situado en grasa. 3.Elemento según las reivindicaciones 1 y 2, caracterizado porque hay dispuesto un accesorio de tejido (21) sobre el disco hermético (20) móvil y éste penetra con acodamientos filtrantes (37) perpendicularmente en entrantes (29) y porque el accesorio de tejido está provisto de un resultante (36) mediante el cual el accesorio de tejido (21) queda centrado en una perforación (35) del huso (4) y con ello se sitúa por medio de un escote (34) previsto sobre un alma central (33) del disco hermético (20) móvil. 4.Elemento según la reivindicación 1,caracterizado porque el anillo hermético (24) va provisto en sus lados frontales (38) de rebordes herméticos (39) en forma de panal. 5.Elemento según las reivindicaciones 1 y 3, caracterizado porque los discos herméticos (20) móviles con huecos (19) engranan en el arrastrador (42) provisto de entrantes (29). 6.Elemento según las reivindicaciones 1, 3 y 5, caracterizado porque el disco hermético (23) antigiratorio va provisto de aberturas de paso de agua (31) y éstas a su vez de biseles (32) a fin de que la corriente de agua sea más favorable, y además hay dispuestos salientes (30) en su perímetro. 7.Elemento según las reivindicaciones 1, 3, 5 y 6, caracterizado porque el accesorio de tejido (21) va provisto de acodamientos filtrantes (37) tan anchos que se apoyan por debajo sobre el borde del disco hermético (23) antigiratorio. 8.Elemento para válvula sanitaria.
