Abstract
Procedimiento para pasteurizar y/o esterilizar producto (1) en forma de partículas, que contiene las siguientes etapas: etapas: a) generar un haz de electrones (5), b) pasteurizar y/o esterilizar el producto (1) por medio del haz de electrones (5) en una zona de tratamiento (3), en el que - los electrones del haz de electrones (5) presentan una energía que está en el intervalo de 80 keV a 300 keV, con preferencia de 140 keV a 280 keV, especialmente preferido de 180 keV a 260 keV; - el haz de electrones (5) en la zona de electrones (3) presenta una densidad media de electrones, que está en el intervalo de 1015 s-1·cm-2 a 2,77·1015 s-1·cm-2; - el producto (1) se expone al haz de electrones (5) durante un tiempo de tratamiento, que está en el intervalo de 5 ms a 25 ms.
