Claims (11)
- 粒状の物品(1)を殺菌および/または滅菌する方法であって、以下のステップ、すなわち
a)電子ビーム(5)を生成するステップと、
b)前記電子ビーム(5)により処理領域(3)内で前記物品(1)を殺菌および/または滅菌するステップと
を有し、その際に、
-前記電子ビーム(5)の電子が、80keV~300keVの範囲にあるエネルギを有しており、
-前記電子ビーム(5)は、前記処理領域(3)内で、1015s-1・cm-2~2.77・1015s-1・cm-2の範囲にある平均電子流密度を有しており、
-前記物品(1)は、5ms~25msの範囲にある処理時間の間、前記電子ビーム(5)にさらされる、
粒状の物品(1)を殺菌および/または滅菌する方法。 - 前記物品(1)を、ステップb)の前に個別化する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記個別化を、振動を励起している振動面によって達成する、請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記振動面は、1つまたは複数の溝を有している、請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記個別化を、前記物品が滑り落ちる滑り面によって達成する、請求項2から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記物品(1)が前記処理領域(3)を通って自由落下する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記物品の処理量が、100kg/h~1000kg/hの範囲である、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記物品(1)が、1m/s~5m/sの範囲にある速度(v)で前記処理領域(3)を通って移動する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記物品(1)を、
-穀物、朝食用シリアル、スナック、ナッツ、アーモンド、ピーナッツバター、カカオ豆、チョコレート、チョコレートパウダー、チョコレートチップ、カカオ製品、豆果、コーヒー、種子、香辛料、ブレンド茶、ドライフルーツ、ピスタチオ、ドライプロテイン製品、ベーカリ製品、砂糖、ジャガイモ製品、生地から作った製品、ベビーフード、乾燥卵製品、ダイズ製品、増粘剤、酵母、酵母エキス、ゼラチンまたは酵素;
から成る群から選択する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 前記物品(1)を、
-反芻動物、家禽、水生動物または家畜のためのペレット、飼料、または混合飼料;
から成る群から選択する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 前記物品(1)を、
-薄片またはペレットの形のPET
から成る群から選択する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
