Abstract
El objetivo de la invención es proporcionar un proceso eficiente para preparar (9E,11Z)-9,11-hexadecadienal. La presente invención proporciona un proceso para preparar (9E,11Z)-9,11-hexadecadienal (4), comprendiendo dicho proceso al menos las etapas de: conducir una 5 reacción de sustitución nucleófila entre un haluro de magnesio de (8E,10Z)-8,10-pentadecadienilo derivado a partir de un (8E,10Z)-1-halo-8,10-pentadecadieno (1) y un éster de ortoformiato (2) para preparar mediante esto un (9E,11Z)-1,1-dialcoxi-9,11-hexadecadieno (3); e hidrolizar el (9E,11Z)-1,1-dialcoxi-9,11-hexadecadieno (3) para obtener (9E,11Z)-9,11-hexadecadienal (4). (Ver Fórmulas).
