Abstract
1. Doble junta de cardán constituida por dos mordazas de extremo, enlazadas cada una por una cruceta a un órgano de enlace intermedio, que comprende una parte exterior y una parte interior, enlazadas entre sí por un elemento elástico, interpuesto entre la parte exterior y la parte interior, caracterizada porque cada una de las citadas partes, exterior e interior, está formada a partir de una pieza en bruto de chapa laminada y soldada o de un tubo, y lleva, procedente de origen, una mordaza correspondiente de enlace de la citada parte con una cruceta correspondiente, asociada con una mordaza de extremo de la junta. 2. Doble junta de cardán según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque las citadas partes, exterior e interior, de forma general cilíndrica, presentan una sección transversal, circular o no. 3. Doble junta de cardán según una de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada porque el elemento elástico de enlace entre las partes, exterior e interior, del órgano intermedio, estáconstituido por un manguito de elastómero, fijado por adherencia a las citadas partes del citado órgano intermedio o apretado entre las citadas partes. 4. Doble junta de cardán según una de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada porque el elemento elástico de enlace entre las partes, exterior e interior, del órgano intermedio, está constituido por un manguito de elastómero fijado por adherencia a una de las citadas partes y ajustado estrechamente sobre o en la otra. 5. Doble junta de cardán según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada porque lleva medios de tope en rotación de la parte interior respecto a la parte exterior. 6. Doble junta de cardán según la reivindicación 7, caracterizada porque los citados medios de tope en rotación están constituidos por, al menos, un prolongamiento axial previsto sobre la parte interior, y destinado a llegar a tope por un brazo de mordaza de la parte exterior, cuando el par a transmitir por el elemento elástico excede deun valor predeterminado. 7. Doble junta de cardán según una de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada porque lleva medios de tope axial, destinados a impedir los desplazamientos relativos axiales de las partes interior y exterior. 8. Doble junta de cardán según las reivindicaciones 7, caracterizada porque uno de los medios de tope axial está constituido por una pieza anular, montada en el extremo de la parte exterior del órgano de enlace opuesto a su mordaza, encontrándose la citada pieza anular frente al extremo correspondiente de la parte interior. 9. Doble junta de cardán según una de las reivindicaciones 7 y 8, caracterizada porque el otro lado de los citados medios de tope axial está constituido por resaltos de los brazos de la mordaza de la parte exterior que se encuentran frente al extremo correspondiente de la parte interior. 10. Doble junta de cardán según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada porque lleva, además, al menos, un cojinete relé, queresiste a los esfuerzos de par complementario, constituido por una pieza anular rígida, dispuesta entre la parte exterior y la parte interior del órgano de enlace intermedio, fijada a, al menos, un extremo del elemento elástico, con una ligera holgura con una de las citadas partes interior o exterior. 11. Doble junta de cardán según la reivindicación 10, caracterizada porque, para un órgano de enlace de sección no circular, la pieza anular que forma cojinete relé, lleva rebajos que permiten un desplazamiento angular imitado a la parte interior respecto a la parte exterior. 12.
