Abstract

Dispositif d'articulation à double cardan et rotule assurant la transmission d'un mouvement de rotation entre un arbre menant et un arbre mené, destinés à être rendus solidaires respectivement d'une première et d'une deuxième mâchoire de cardan dont chacune porte un des deux éléments de la rotule tout en étant relié au moyen d'un croisillon à un organe de liaison intermédiaire, dispositif caractérisé en ce que chacune des mâchoires est constituée comme connu en soi par un moyeu muni de deux branches, lesdites mâchoires étant disposées dos à dos de manière à ce que les moyeus précités réalisent en coopération avec au moins une pièce rapportée ladite rotule. Application : dispositif utilisable notamment dans les transmissions de puissance et les colonnes de direction.
