Abstract

Indicador irreversible de descongelación a temperatura que se requiera, caracterizado esencialmente por el hecho de comprender un receptáculo principal de material transparente que aloja un segundo receptáculo contenedor de una mezcla liquida coloreada, del tipo que al congelarse experimente un incremento en su volumen, suficiente como para romper la pared del referido contenedor, obtenido en un material adecuado para tal fin; porque dicho receptáculo interno se encuentra revestido sucesivamente por una capa laminar de material capilar que afecta a u superficie lateral, una lámina envolvente de la anterior, no capilar ni permeable, y un receptáculo capilar que contiene al conjunto citado existiendo entre las bases de éste último y las bases del contenedor de la mezcla, sendos almohadillados de fibra; porque la capa no capilar actúa como medio de protección en la fase de congelación de la mezcla y rotura del contenedor de la misma en evitación de falsas sedales de coloración; y porque al producirse la descongelación, por anomalía en el proceso general, la mezcla solidificada y en forma líquida a través de los revestimientos capilares haciéndose ostentosamente visibles por transparencia del receptáculo principal, y siendo esta coloración irreversible, pese/que el proceso de congelación se reanude posteriormente.
