Abstract
Tobera de inyección da gas perfeccionada, para un depósito, reactor de turbulencias en la desgasificación de las coladas metálicas por medio de un gas auxiliar; en este caso el depósito reactor de turbulencias está constituido por una parte de pared cilíndrica alargada y por otra parte de pared lateral que por por debajo de la parte de pared lateral cilíndrica se estrecha en dirección hacia abajo; con un eje central común; con una abertura de entrada para la alimentación de metal en fusión; con una abertura de salida de metal dispuesta por debajo de la entrada de alimentación para la evacuación del metal en fusión tratado con por lo menos dos dispositivos de alimentación de gas que están dispuestas a unas distintas alturas de la parte de pared lateral que se estrecha hacia abajo, estando situada la abertura de entrada de metal por encima de los dispositivos de alimentación de gas, mientras que la abertura de salida de metal está situada por debajo de los dispositivos de alimentación de gasaestando constituidos los dispositivos de alimentación de gas por unas aberturas de taladro con las toberas de inyección de gas dispuestas dentro de las mismas; tobera de inyección de gas ésta fijada en la pared exterior y está enrasada con la pared interior de la parte de pared lateral; así como caracterizada porque las toberas de inyección de gas cierran de forma estanca la abertura de taladro.
