Abstract
Dispositivo de enclavamiento (1) para el enclavamiento de un útil con el portautillaje (3) de un equipo de perforación rotativa incluyendo un casquillo (10), un perno de enclavamiento (9), un sistema de movimiento y un sistema de monitoreo (2), estando el casquillo (10) y el perno de enclavamiento (9) diseñado de tal manera que el casquillo (10) rodea el perno de enclavamiento (9) en unión positiva, de manera que pueda girar dentro del mismo sobre su eje longitudinal, consecuentemente, puede ser desplazado lateralmente paralelo a dicho eje longitudinal, incluyendo el perno de enclavamiento (9) al menos una espiga de guía (12) extendido radialmente hacia fuera, que está conducida en una corredera en el casquillo (10); y presentando el sistema de movimiento al menos un motor eléctrico (4) y al menos un árbol, produciendo el árbol mediante la fuerza del motor eléctrico (4) un giro relativo de casquillo (10) y perno de enclavamiento (9), caracterizado porque el dispositivo de enclavamiento (uno) incluye un sistema de monitoreo de posición que está diseñado para controlar la posición del perno de enclavamiento (9), y porque el dispositivo de enclavamiento (1) está diseñado para en la medición de la posición del perno de enclavamiento (9) determinar su posición mediante la medición de la posición de la espiga de guía (12).
