Claims (10)
1. Zaporni uređaj (1) za zaključavanje alata na držač alata (3) od okretne opreme za bušenje, koji obuhvaća naglavak (10), zaporni klin (9), pokretački sustav i upravljački sustav (2), pri čemu su navedeni naglavak (10) i navedeni zaporni klin (9) oblikovani tako, da naglavak (10) zahvaća uokolo zapornog klina (9) i svojim oblikom ga zatvara na određeni način tako, da zaporni klin (9) može rotirati u naglavku (10) oko uzdužne osi od navedenog zapornog klina (9), i kao rezultat toga, on može biti premješten bočno, paralelno s navedenom uzdužnom osi, s navedenim zapornim klinom (9) koji obuhvaća najmanje jednu klinastu vodilicu (12) koja se proteže radijalno prema van i koja se vodi po klizaču u naglavku (10), te s navedenim pokretačkim sustavom koji ima najmanje jedan električni motor (4) i najmanje jednu osovinu, gdje ta osovina utječe na relativnu rotaciju naglavka (10) i zapornog klina (9), pomoću snage električnog motora (4), naznačen time, da zaporni uređaj (1) obuhvaća pozicijski nadzorni uređaj koji je konstruiran za nadgledanje pozicije zapornog klina (9), te time, da je zaporni uređaj (1) konstruiran tako, da kada se mjeri pozicija zapornog klina (9), pozicija zapornog klina (9) se određuje mjerenjem pozicije klinaste vodilice (12).
2. Zaporni uređaj (1) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da se klinasta vodilica (12) vodi u udubini naglavka (10) nalik na prorez, gdje se udubina nalik na prorez proteže u nepravocrtnoj liniji, ili spiralno, prema uzdužnom smjeru naglavka (10), s navedenim klizačem koji je konstruiran tako, da omogućava rotaciju klinaste vodilice (12), koja nije veća od 360°, poželjno nije veća od 180°.
3. Zaporni uređaj (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da pokretački sustav ima najmanje jednu jedinicu zupčanika (5), posebno najmanje jedan uglasti zupčanik, pri čemu se navedena najmanje jedna jedinica zupčanika (5) pogoni pomoću rotacijskog pokretanja najmanje jednog električnog motora (4) i uzrokuje rotaciju osovine pokretačkog sustava.
4. Zaporni uređaj (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da pokretački sustav obuhvaća najmanje jednu kočnicu (15) za sprečavanje rotacije osovine pokretačkog sustava, pri čemu kočnica (15) djeluje izravno na osovinu, na električni motor (4), na jedinicu zupčanika (5) i/ili na relativnu rotaciju zapornog klina (9) i naglavka (10).
5. Zaporni uređaj (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da je pokretački sustav čvrsto spojen na naglavak (10), poželjno putem adaptera (14), kako bi rotacija osovine uzrokovala rotaciju zapornog klina (9) u naglavku (10), dok pokretački sustav ostaje strogo poravnat s naglavkom (10).
6. Zaporni uređaj (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da upravljački sustav (2) obuhvaća jedinice za upravljanje pokretačkim sustavom, tako da, posebno putem vanjskog pogonskog signala, pokretački sustav pokreće zaporni klin (9) u zaključanu ili u nezaključanu poziciju.
7. Zaporni uređaj (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da zaporni uređaj (1), posebno upravljački sustav (2), obuhvaća uređaj za pohranu energije, posebno baterije ili akumulatore, koji opskrbljuje s dovoljno energije za najmanje jednu operaciju otključavanja i/ili zaključavanja, te time, da zaporni uređaj (1) poželjno obuhvaća sustav koji omogućava da se energija predobije od rotacije držača alata (3) u odnosu na nepomične dijelove opreme za bušenje.
8. Zaporni uređaj (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da je zaporni uređaj (1) konstruiran tako, da krajnji odsječak klinaste vodilice (12), gdje se ta klinasta vodilica vodi u navedenom klizaču, izviruje preko ruba naglavka (10), ili tako da navedeni pozicijski nadzorni sustav obuhvaća najmanje jedan senzor ili najmanje jedan par senzora i konstruiran je za nadgledanje, posebno krajnje pozicije zapornog klina (9) u zaključanom i/ili u nezaključanom stanju.
9. Zaporni postupak za zaključavanje alata u držač alata (3) od okretne opreme za bušenje koja obuhvaća najmanje jedan zaporni uređaj (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da obuhvaća sljedeće korake:
- spajanje alata na držač alata (3);
- zakretanje najmanje jednog zapornog klina (9) u odnosu na naglavak (10) koji je udružen s navedenim zapornim klinom (9), pomoću najmanje jednog električnog motora (4).
10. Postupak prema zahtjevu 9, naznačen time, da se pozicijski nadzorni sustav upotrebljava za upravljanje pokretačkim sustavom, posebno time da pokretački sustav ostaje u pokretu sve dok se ne dosegne konačna pozicija, i/ili time da se aktivira alarmni sustav, kada se alat ili držač alata (3) pokreće bez da je uslijedilo zaključavanje.
