Abstract
Un dispositivo indicador con funcionalidad de comunicación inalámbrica para monitorear una posición de un dispositivo de accionamiento de válvula. El dispositivo indicador, que incluye un dispositivo de indicación visual tiene una baliza externa y una baliza interna que es recibida dentro de la baliza externa y está dispuesta para girar en relación con la baliza externa, un modulo inalámbrico que incluye al menos un sensor que está ubicado dentro de la baliza interna del dispositivo de indicación visual y está configurado para transmitir un mensaje utilizando el modulo inalámbrico y un eje que se extiende a través del dispositivo de indicación visual y está acoplado al dispositivo de accionamiento de válvula. La rotación del eje es detectable por el al menos un sensor del modulo inalámbrico para indicar la posición del dispositivo de accionamiento de válvula y el dispositivo indicador esté sellado de modo de inhibir la infiltración de líquidos y la penetración de detritos en el modulo inalámbrico.
