Las composiciones de administración pueden estar en forma de un líquido. El medio de solución puede ser agua (por ejemplo, para calcitonina de salmón, hormona paratiroidea y eritropoyetina), propilenglicol acuoso al 25% (por ejemplo, para heparina) y solución reguladora de fosfato (por ejemplo, para rhGH). La actividad de hERG se midió usando un procedimiento de pinzamiento de parche en clones de canales de hERG en células de mamífero. La concentración de artículos de prueba fue de 1 m y se hizo una comparación tanto para control positivo (cisaprida) como negativo (vehículo).
5 Ejemplo 3: Administración de trodusquemina
La administración oral de trodusquemina en ratas (ratas de 250-300 g) usando los compuestos del agente de administración de la presente invención se evaluó de la siguiente manera. Se prepararon minicomprimidos que
10 contenían 3.8 mg de trodusquemina y 30 mg de agente de administración. A cada rata se le administraron dos minicomprimidos para proporcionar una dosis total de 25 mg/kg de trodusquemina y 200 mg/kg de agente de administración. Las muestras de sangre se recogieron en serie por sangrado retroorbital y se tomaron antes de la administración y a 1, 3, 6, 10, 24 horas después de la administración. El plasma se analizó para determinar la cantidad de trodusquemina presente.
