Abstract

Dispositivo de estampación en caliente (1) con un dispositivo de estampación (2) para transferir a un sustrato flexible (14) una capa de transferencia (15u), dispuesta sobre la capa de soporte (15t) de una película de estampación en caliente (15), comprendiendo un rodillo de estampación (11) calefactable y un rodillo de contrapresión (12), entre los cuales se encuentra formado un intersticio de estampado (16), así como un dispositivo de desprendimiento (3), dispuesto en la dirección del flujo, para desprender la capa de soporte (15t) de la capa de transferencia (15u) transferida al sustrato (14), caracterizado por el hecho de que entre el intersticio de estampado (16) y el dispositivo de desprendimiento (3), bajo el sustrato estampado (17), se encuentra un elemento de apoyo plano (18, 19, 21, 22s) para el sustrato estampado (17), estando dispuesto dicho elemento inmediatamente a continuación del intersticio de estampado (16) o a una distancia < 1 mm del intersticio de estampado (16) o solapando el intersticio de estampado (16).
