Abstract

Dispositivo para encolar fibras o partículas similares, especialmente para la fabricación de placas de material de madera, por ejemplo placas de fibras, con una línea de soplado (3), a través de la cual se transportan las fibras a encolar, en el que en la línea de soplado están conectadas toberas (4) que desembocan en la línea de soplado, con las que se pueden pulverizar las fibras transportadas a través de la línea de soplado con cola, estando configuradas las toberas (4) como toberas de varios materiales, por ejemplo toberas de dos materiales para una atomización de vapor y en cada tobera (4) están conectados, respectivamente, al menos un conducto de alimentación de cola (5) y un conducto de alimentación de vapor (6), caracterizado por que en cada conducto de alimentación de cola (5) están integrados, respectivamente, al menos una válvula de cola (7) y un dispositivo de medición del flujo (8), y por que las válvulas de cola (7) y los dispositivos de medición del flujo (8) están conectados con al menos un dispositivo de control y/o de regulación, de manera que con las válvulas de cola (7) se puede controlar o regular por separado el caudal de flujo para cada tobera (4).
